My Upload Article Guide Library

36 guide topics. Exact future URLs.

Browse all 36 planned guides. Every card displays its exact WordPress URL slug. Published guides become clickable automatically when detected through the WordPress public Pages or Posts API. Unpublished topics remain listed without sending readers to broken pages.

Guide slugs are reserved in this content plan, not automatically created as WordPress Pages or Posts. New guide articles must still be written and published using their exact corresponding slugs.

Practical Knowledge

Learn the essentials before opening a guide.

A useful knowledge center should explain important concepts directly, even while its specialist articles are being developed. These six lessons establish the basics of writing, publishing, discovery and editorial responsibility.

Lesson 01

Public reading and private writer accounts are different.

My Upload Article separates public information from account-owned work. Visitors can explore published stories, browse knowledge guides and use the free writing utilities without accessing another writer's private dashboard.

A contributor account provides an authenticated workspace. The registration flow uses email verification, while the dashboard is designed for personal drafts, submissions and writing activity. The basic registration-to-dashboard workflow has been user-tested; more advanced permission and security checks must still be validated on the live site.

Account credentials should never be shared between writers. Public author profiles may show a display name and published writing, but private emails, passwords and unpublished drafts must remain inaccessible to visitors.

Open the Sign In page for an existing account, the registration page for a new account, or your private dashboard when you're ready to work on an article.

Lesson 02

Start every useful article with a clear reader need.

Effective articles answer a recognizable question. Before writing, decide who needs the information, what they already understand and what practical result the reader should gain from the page.

Create an outline that moves logically from context to explanation, examples and takeaways. Use descriptive headings, concise paragraphs and original observations. A useful article should not depend on repeated keywords or artificial length targets.

Supporting material must be relevant and accurate. Check dates, technical claims, measurements and attribution. If your topic changes rapidly, review facts again before submission.

The Writing Tools Hub can help you count words, build outlines, clean text and inspect headings before you submit a draft.

Lesson 03

Understand the difference between saving and publishing.

Saving a draft keeps writing available for further work. Submitting an article for editorial review asks an authorized reviewer to assess it. Publishing makes approved content publicly accessible.

These states need different permissions. A writer must not be able to access or modify another writer's private drafts simply by guessing a post ID or changing an address in the browser.

The editorial review process should assess originality, relevance, clarity, accuracy, prohibited content and media permissions. Where corrections are required, writers should receive understandable feedback.

My Upload Article's contributor plan also includes a no-external-link restriction for user-submitted article content. This rule must be checked on the server, not only through an on-screen warning.

The separate Writer Dashboard handles authenticated writing actions. This Guides Hub explains the process but cannot submit articles itself.

Lesson 04

Make published knowledge easier to discover.

Readers approach a website with different intentions. Some want the newest article; others want a specific subject, a practical answer or work by a particular writer.

The Publishing Hub is designed for published posts and chronological article discovery. The Authors Hub helps readers identify the people behind publicly published work.

Categories organize content by subject, while search helps visitors locate a specific title or term. A useful category archive needs actual published articles, not merely a navigation link.

Platform-specific learning articles belong in this Guides Hub. This distinction prevents a tutorial directory from becoming a duplicate of the latest-articles feed.

Lesson 05

Quality and account security work together.

Trustworthy writing requires honest claims, sensible explanations and appropriate context. Editors should avoid publishing fabricated facts, misleading headlines, copied work or promotional material disguised as independent advice.

Security also involves controlling who can edit content, handling uploads safely and restricting dangerous HTML or embedded scripts. A rule presented to users only through JavaScript can be bypassed unless the backend independently enforces it.

Public profiles should expose only intended public fields. Sensitive account settings, unpublished content and private user records must never be sent to public pages.

If an article contains a substantive factual mistake, the platform should support a clear correction process rather than silently preserving inaccurate information.

Lesson 06

Use writing tools for better decisions, not arbitrary scores.

Writing utilities are most useful when they solve a defined problem. A word counter measures length. A slug generator suggests readable URLs. An outline builder helps organize ideas. A heading audit identifies structural patterns that deserve review.

None of these measurements guarantees high-quality writing or improved rankings. Search performance also depends on reader relevance, clarity, originality and many factors outside a writing tool.

My Upload Article's Tools Hub contains eight browser-based utilities, including text formatting, outline building, snippet previews and word repetition analysis. Use the tools to review your draft, then make the final editorial decisions yourself.

The six writing-tool tutorials in the guide directory explain selected functions in more depth. Those specialist articles will become available when their matching WordPress slugs are published.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about My Upload Article guides.

Are all 36 guide articles published?

Not necessarily. The directory lists 36 planned topics. It checks matching public WordPress Pages and Posts to identify which guides are published.

Why does a guide show a URL but no clickable link?

Its future slug is reserved in the content plan, but the matching article has not been confirmed as published. This prevents visitors from opening an unverified page.

Can I publish guides as WordPress Posts or Pages?

Yes. The directory checks both public Pages and public Posts. Use the exact planned slug and publish the content publicly so that the hub can detect its URL.

Does the learning planner use artificial intelligence?

No. It is a local, rule-based learning planner that uses your selected goal and experience level.

Can I write articles on this Guides Hub?

No. This is a public knowledge center. Signed-in writers use the separate private dashboard to manage their work.

What if the guide status cannot be checked?

If WordPress REST access is blocked or unavailable, the page shows that the publication status is unverified. It does not invent a working article link.
